What is KIC's return, cancellation, and refund policy?
Our return policy complies with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Online orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. You can return or exchange any product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund without stating a reason, provided the device is in its original factory packaging, unused, with all accessories, and the purchase invoice. If an item has a manufacturing defect, the return and exchange window extends to 30 days at zero extra charge. Approved refunds are credited directly back to your payment card through Paymob within 7 to 14 business days. Card payments are refunded through Paymob; for cash-on-delivery orders, the KIC team coordinates the refund details with you.
