Privacy Policy & Store Usage | KIC Egypt

At KIC, we are dedicated to protecting your personal data and privacy when using our online store. This page explains how your information is handled when browsing, creating an account, or completing purchases and deliveries.

Store Nature & Security Systems: KIC is an e-commerce store specializing in the retail and distribution of surveillance cameras, low-current equipment, and security systems from global brands (such as Dahua, Hikvision, and ZKTeco). The store sells genuine products and does not manufacture them. Cameras and recorders operate via the proprietary systems and apps of their original manufacturers. KIC has no access to live feeds, recorded footage, or device private data, and never stores recordings on store servers.

Data Collected on this Website: We collect only the information necessary to fulfill orders and provide services in compliance with Egyptian laws, including your name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, and transaction records.

Technical and Operational Data: To keep the platform secure and prevent fraudulent activity, our system logs standard technical signals such as IP addresses, browser types, and necessary cookies used to maintain your sign-in session, shopping cart contents, and language preferences.

Payment Processing: All online transactions are processed through an authorized, PCI-compliant payment gateway (Paymob) using bank-grade encryption. KIC does not store or process payment card numbers or CVV security codes on its servers.

User Agreement: Accessing the website, registering an account, or completing an order constitutes your explicit agreement to this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable consumer and commercial regulations in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Your Rights & Contact: You may request to review, update, or remove your personal account information at any time by contacting our technical support team through our official communication channels.

To maintain service standards, KIC participates in verified customer feedback programs to evaluate the shopping experience. You can adjust your cookie preferences through your web browser settings at any time.
