Shipping & Delivery Costs
Shipping and delivery costs are not included in the product price and are paid by the customer. The amount depends on the destination governorate, the shipment weight, and the carrier, and it is confirmed with you before the order is dispatched. KIC does not offer free shipping or free delivery.
Delivery & Technical Setup Times
Standard shipping within Egypt takes between 2 to 5 business days. If your order requires technical setup, system planning, or complete installation by our engineering team, the exact timeline will be coordinated with you directly.
Order Verification & Payments
All orders are subject to address and contact confirmation. Delivery preparations begin once the Paymob gateway confirms the payment for the order.
Receipt & Hardware Inspection
Upon delivery, please inspect all security hardware for physical damage or missing items. Any discrepancies must be reported to our support lines within 24 hours of receipt.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and complete with its packaging and accessories. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refunded.
