KIC provides delivery services for security cameras, alarm systems, fire systems, and biometric devices across Egypt. Delivery is available to residential, commercial, and industrial sites based on service coverage at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery Costs
Delivery and installation are free within Sohag Governorate. For other governorates, the customer pays shipping based on destination and shipment weight, and installation based on the site and work required.
Delivery, Setup & Installation Times
Delivery and preparation times vary by governorate, product availability, and order requirements. We confirm the expected timing when reviewing your order and before dispatch. If installation or technical setup is needed, we coordinate the schedule and cost with you before work begins.
Order Verification & Payments
All orders are subject to address and contact confirmation. Online orders are prepared after Paymob confirms payment; for cash on delivery, we confirm the order before dispatch and confirm shipping cost for destinations outside Sohag.
Receipt & Hardware Inspection
Upon delivery, please inspect all security hardware for physical damage or missing items. Any discrepancies must be reported to our support lines within 24 hours of receipt.
Return & Replacement Policy (Egyptian Consumer Protection Law)
KIC return and replacement policy strictly complies with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its executive regulations to ensure comprehensive consumer rights.
14-Day Return & Replacement Right (No Reason Required)
Customers have the right to exchange or return purchased items for a full refund within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason and without incurring non-statutory charges, provided the item remains in its original factory packaging, unused, with all accessories, manuals, seals, and the original purchase invoice.
30-Day Defective Product Return (Manufacturing Defects)
In accordance with Article 21 of Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, the return or replacement period extends to 30 days from delivery if the hardware exhibits a manufacturing defect, deficiency, or non-conformity to agreed specifications, with full refund or immediate replacement at no additional charge.
Statutory Exceptions to Returns
Under Article 17 of the Executive Regulations, returns do not apply to custom-ordered or custom-cut cables and wires, equipment that has been unsealed, powered on, programmed, mounted, or configured such that it cannot be resold as new, software licenses and activation keys once unsealed or activated, or damage resulting from customer misuse, improper wiring, or unauthorized tampering.
Technical Inspection & Refund Process
Card payments are refunded through Paymob after approval. For cash-on-delivery orders, the KIC team will coordinate the refund details with you.
Official Warranty (1 Year Only)
All hardware and security equipment supplied by KIC is covered by an official 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of invoice and delivery, backed by authorized technical support.
