Terms of Service & Customer Usage Conditions at KIC

By using the KIC website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to the terms that govern access to the platform and the purchase process.

You are responsible for providing accurate account and order information and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. KIC may limit or suspend access where misuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.

We work to keep product details, pricing, and stock availability accurate, but occasional errors may occur. If that happens, KIC reserves the right to correct the issue and contact you before proceeding with the order.

Submitting an order does not always guarantee final acceptance. Some orders may require stock confirmation or additional clarification before fulfilment begins.

Payments are processed automatically by the Paymob gateway. An order is confirmed only after Paymob reports a successful, verified transaction for the exact order amount, and unpaid orders are released automatically when the payment window expires.

KIC provides low-current systems supply, installation, and technical support, including security, surveillance, alarm, and fire systems. Customers remain responsible for lawful and appropriate use of any equipment purchased through the platform.

Continued use of the site means you accept these terms and any reasonable updates made to keep the service accurate, secure, and operational.
