Nature of Business: KIC is an authorized distributor and supplier of low-current and security products (including surveillance cameras, biometric terminals, and alarms). KIC clarifies that it sells and distributes these products and does not manufacture them. Hardware specifications and original warranties are provided by their respective global manufacturers and honored through authorized Egyptian warranty channels.

Account Security & Accuracy: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials. KIC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity, abuse, or policy violations.

Pricing & Inventory Accuracy: While we strive for absolute accuracy across our catalog, inadvertent pricing or stock errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, KIC reserves the right to correct the error and coordinate with you before shipping, or cancel the order with a full refund.

Orders & Payments: Online orders are prepared after Paymob confirms payment. For cash on delivery, we confirm the order and address before dispatch and confirm shipping cost for destinations outside Sohag.

Equipment Use: Customers assume full legal responsibility for operating all purchased security and surveillance equipment in strict accordance with the laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
