ZKTeco K40 Pro Fingerprint Time Attendance Terminal

The ZKTeco K40 Pro is a fingerprint time attendance terminal that also accepts cards and passwords, and completes verification in under half a second, which keeps staff from queueing in front of the device at the start of a shift. KIC supplies, installs and maintains it as part of the low-current systems we deliver across Egypt. It has a 2.8-inch colour TFT screen, holds 3,000 fingerprint templates, 3,000 cards, and 3,000 users, and stores 100,000 attendance transactions in its memory. Built-in self-service reports are exported as Excel files straight from the device, and data moves over a TCP/IP network or a USB host port, with a variant that adds Wi-Fi for a wireless connection. It supports simple access control through a third-party electric lock and an exit button, and the backup battery keeps it working during a power cut. The unit operates from 0C to 45C on a DC 12V 1.5A supply and measures 184 x 136 x 37.6 mm. We begin with a site survey and a review of clocking points, then handle installation, configuration, and software integration, with the official warranty and technical support after handover.
