The Notepad-12FX is the largest model in the Notepad family and provides four microphone channels on combo XLR and quarter-inch connectors, two of which offer a high-impedance mode for instruments, alongside two stereo quarter-inch line pairs, a stereo RCA input and a dedicated stereo return for an external effects unit. That input list comfortably covers a small band or a discussion panel with several speakers. The console includes a four-in, four-out USB audio interface. The first two USB channels are permanently tied to microphone channels one and two, while the remaining pair can be assigned from the control panel software to the other microphone channels, to the stereo input pairs, or to the main mix taken pre-fader, which gives useful flexibility when recording a live session and a separate spoken feed at once. Processing includes the Lexicon engine with reverb, chorus and delay under tap tempo control, three-band equalisation on the microphone channels, a dedicated auxiliary output, a separate stereo monitor output and a master fader with four-segment LED metering. KIC supplies, installs, aligns and maintains it as part of the audio systems we deliver across Egypt.
