Honeywell Morley-IAS MI-DCMO Addressable Control Output Module

An addressable control output module with a single output, fitted on the detection loop to provide either one alarm circuit or a Form C relay so that external equipment can be operated on a command from the panel. The usual applications are releasing door holders and shutting down air handling units when a fire is confirmed, along with lift homing and plant interlocks. The module can be configured to supervise the wiring to the external load or the voltage of its own supply, raising a fault if that voltage falls below threshold. That supervision is what prevents a failed output from being discovered only at the moment of a fire, which is the single most common weakness in interfaces installed without monitoring. The unit carries built-in short-circuit isolators and a tri-colour status LED visible in two planes, and mounts either on DIN rail inside a distribution board or in a surface box. Visible address selector switches and plug-in connectors make commissioning and later replacement straightforward.
