Honeywell Morley-IAS MI-PTSE-S2-IV Digital Photo-Thermal Multi-Sensor Detector Ivory

A digital addressable multi-criteria detector from the MI200-S2 series in an ivory finish, combining an optical smoke element and a thermal element inside a single body that the panel treats as one device with one address. The thermal element works from a fixed threshold at fifty eight degrees Celsius with rate of rise assistance, and combines thermistor technology with a software-corrected linear temperature response so the reading tracks the real air temperature rather than lagging behind it. Because the device conforms to both the smoke detector and the heat detector standards, it is the logical choice in areas where the likely character of a fire cannot be predicted in advance, such as mixed-use floors, storage areas holding varied materials, and spaces whose use changes over the life of the building. A version with a built-in short-circuit isolator is available, along with an infrared-based variant for particular applications.
